Finally,this is my first review about skin care that i recently use
I have a quite dry skin in my body, but oily in my face. I've been searching for body lotion that can be effective for locking the moistures through my body. Honestly, i don't want to have different products with similar functions like hand cream, body lotion, or body butter. I hope i can get one perfect product that does everything.
When the water concentration in stratum corneum (top layer of skin) reduced,skin becomes rough and dry. Usually, the causes of dry skin are structure and skin function disturbance, low humidity and temperature of the environment (winter makes your skin dry), solvent, surfactant, acid and base (from body wash, any kind of soap, chemical ingredients from your daily skin care).
So, i wanted to grab good lotion for my body which is affordable (it's a must :)). I went in to The Body Shop outlet and the shop assistant help me to find Mango Whip Body Lotion for very dry skin. When i tried the tester, i was very glad, because the smell is very nice and very soft (manggo is yummy). It's quickly absorbed and not sticky (Loveee it!). I went home happily in the end. ^^ ^^
After i took a shower, i tried to apply it. It is a very good body lotion, but not the best that i wanted. It's still lacking in moisturize my elbow, so i took my Clinique eye cream and apply it (hehe ^^). Overall, it is a very good body lotion for me and i recommend it.
